Chicago Conferences
Continuing dental education is important to me, which is why I participate in several study groups and try to attend dental conferences each year. The last weekend in February I traveled to Chicago to attend to two such conferences, one for the Academy of Operative Dentistry and one for The American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Each conference, attended by several hundred dental professionals, lasted two days and featured speakers on subjects ranging from implants to new materials to patient care. Both meetings concluded with table clinics, which allow for small group interaction and a more intimate learning experience. It proved to be four very informative and interesting days.

Last Friday and Saturday, Jane, Michelle and I loaded up supplies and equipment and drove north to Henderson, CO (by Brighton) for the annual COMOM dental clinic.
